HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED:
How many sessions you require will depend on your needs. I will always outline a full treatment plan and how many sessions I think you will need. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO COME:
This is again based on your needs and I fully understand the finiancial costs involved so therefore we can discuss your options before you begin therapy. It is usually every week or every two weeks which can get longer when moving towards ending therapy.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST:
I charge £50.00 a session, this may seems expensive but a therapist has many outgoings, such as paying insurances, supervision costs and accreditation fees. If you have a particular hardship then please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss options.
